· $15,000 cashier’s check payable to Wendland, Sellers, Bromeland Trust Account required to attend sale. Unsuccessful bidders will have cashier’s check returned at the end of the auction.
· 20% earnest money down by the close of business on the date of auction. $15,000 cashier’s check will apply to earnest money. Successful buyer will sign a purchase agreement with sellers following the auction.
· Payment in full on or before January 29, 2010 when marketable title will be given
· Sale is subject to confirmation of sellers.
· Property is sold in “as is” condition.
· Sellers will pay all real estate taxes due and payable in 2009, buyer to pay all real estate taxes due and payable in 2010.
